Profylaxe liesbreukoperatie met kunststof mat
O.b.v. NVvH richtlijn “Behandeling van de liesbreuk” 2003: geen indicatie routinematige toediening antibiotica profylaxe.
Bij verhoogd risico op postoperatieve wondinfectie wordt wel antibiotische profylaxe aanbevolen (zoals bij leeftijd > 70 jaar, recidief, maligniteit, corticosteroïdgebruik).
